Prairie Song Qigong
and integrative bodywork

In Clear Mind Wild Heart, David Whyte speaks to us  of daring to live the frontiers of our lives and that, in each moment is found its own frontier as well as its own harvest.  One pathway for us to begin to experience these frontiers is through full embodiment.

I use integrative bodywork, both Qigong and massage to guide the client back into their body allowing them to rediscover a safe place within from which they may experience all the aspects of their lives -- taste each bite, smell the subtleties of a sycamore tree, see the quiet unobtrusive detail of a moment.  Together, we, reintegrate the threads of their life that may have come unraveled, weaving a new fabric of wholeness.

Having access to the fullness of who we are, we are empowered to act on our lives and experience the  richness of what the world has to offer.

Welcome
To be nobody-but-yourself-in a world which is doing its best night and day, to make you everybody else - means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting.
